Journaling Exercise #1:

IF you were the only one left on this Earth, nobody else than you, what would you do that would bring joy in your life?  

Journaling Exercise #2:

Are you doing any of it now? If not, how come it isn’t part of your schedule?

Is it because something or someone else is taking space & time? Is it because you feel overwhelmed, too much on your plate, too busy?
